super convenient location!

convenient location breakfast inclusion respectful staff

i loved the location near the metro stations! breakfast was included, and it gave me energy to start the day. the staff were courteous (i really liked how they handled everything!). there were snacks in the room as a welcome gift.

the tv colors were off. i couldn't adjust them. it made it impossible to watch movies (not that i planned to, but still!).

the room was well equipped and very quiet (yay for good sleep!). it had charging cables. the front desk staff spoke english which was great! the room size was good.

location, location, location!

great location friendly staff

the hotel location is great because it's near metro lines 1 and 2. this makes getting around the city easy. the staff was friendly and helpful. i found the room super clean and cozy. the breakfast buffet had both western and korean choices.

the bed mattress felt loud. it was also not very comfortable or relaxing. the light switching system was complicated. simple switches would be easier.

the hotel is located near city hall. gyeongbokgung palace and deoksugung palace were within easy walking distance. bus routes are close. its very easy to access different areas.

The hotel location is excellent. It is close to many food options and shopping areas. The staff speaks English well and is helpful. There is a coin washing machine, a dryer, a microwave, and a water dispenser on an upper floor. The check-in staff was also very friendly. They were helpful with directions. english speaking staff, great location, helpful staff, coin laundry

The bathrobes smelled like someone else's sweat and seemed unwashed.

The room was larger than I expected. Bathroom toiletries were also supplied including body wash and shampoo. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. A money exchange dispenser was conveniently located in the hotel lobby.
